After weeks of speculation and high-profile partying on the French Riviera, Blake and Leonardo were seen holding hands during a romantic, moonlit stroll!

"He looked very in love," a witness says of the actor, who brought the Gossip Girl star as his guest to parties. "I've never seen him like this with a girl."
"Her face lit up when Leo was talking," a fellow reveler says. "He had introduced Blake as his girlfriend. I would say that they're totally smitten!"
Although DiCaprio and Bar Rafaeli called it quits just a few weeks ago, he and Lively first connected at an NYC business meeting in November.
The rest, as they say, is history. Or at least dating rumors. Sizzling dating rumors. They'd make a pretty gorgeous pair, we have to admit.
