According to TMZ, Charlie?s lawyer, Mike Gross, gave Brooke ?junkieface? Mueller?s attorneys notice that he wants full custody of his kids. Gross will ask the judge to take away Brooke?s legal and physical custody, on grounds she is a filthy whore junkie. Whaa? This is Charlie Sheen we?re talking about, not some Rhodes Scholar. Cripes!

If Hell freezes over and the judge does give Charlie full custody, Gross wants the judge to terminate Charlie?s obligation to pay Brooke $55,000 a month in child support/crack money. Since, you know, the kids will be well cared for by Goddesses.
