Before things got downright raunchy Sunday night at the MTV Movie Awards in Universal City, Calif., Twilight movies star Nikki Reed, 23, and last season's American Idol alum Paul McDonald, 26, walked the red carpet grinning from ear to ear. And why not? She was sporting a sparkler on THAT ring finger.
"He's the one," Reed told E!'s Marc Malkin, when he asked if she thought they would wed. Malkin notes a source confirmed the engagement to him. Now to see if McDonald releases a song about his lady love.
On Saturday night, the sizzle factor was on as well as Jennifer Aniston turned up at the Spike TV Guys Choice Awards in Los Angeles where she accepted a Decade of Hotness award. During her acceptance speech, Aniston vowed to "keep downward dogging until the fat lady sings," reports USA TODAY's Bryan Alexander.
It's no surprise that states often offer tax incentives to lure movie and TV production companies to set up shop and employ residents. Even California offers subsidies, and the state just announced the 27 winners for 2011. There were 176 applications, saysThe Hollywood Reporter. Among this year's subsidy recipients: Justified, Men of a Certain Age, Rizzoli & Isles and Body of Proof.
